Louis (Ludwig) was born in Wurtemberg (later Germany). He was married three times: 1. Mary Heinbach--no issue 2. Elisabeth "Elise" Schramm--4 births: Marie A. E., Mathias Louis, Emma Augusta and an infant daughter. Only one daughter lived to adulthood, Emma Augusta Graber 3. Anastasia "Anna" Meder--3 births: a daughter died at birth, one son Ludwig "Louis" August Graber died young, and Ernest Andrew Graber lived to adulthood. Louis owned interest in several breweries in San Francisco, Oakland and San Rafael. He and Elise were originally buried in the Odd Fellows Cemetery in San Francisco. Graves from this cemetery were moved to a mass grave in the Greenlawn section of Cypress Lawn Cemetery after the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake. Louis is my g-g-grandfather.
