She was married to John Thomas Cuddy (1882–1949), the son of James Cuddy (who died before Oct 1903) and Mary Ann (Murphy) Cuddy (1857-1903).
Living at 1924 16th Avenue North, Nashville, Lillie was 45 years old and married when she died at home of a coronary thrombosis on January 1, 1938. Burial was two days later in Spring Hill Cemetery.
