Jesse Franklin Zirschky, 84, son of the late William and Manerva (Tate) Zirschky, was born December 7, 1889 near Huggins and died August 3 at the Texas County Memorial Hospital. He was united in marriage to Mary Knight in 1910 and to this union one son, Dearl, was born. She preceded him in death in 1918. He was later united in marriage to Edith Baker, on March 3, 1926, and to this union five children were born. He is survived by two sons, Dearl of Moccasin, Mon., Willis of Springfield; three daughters, Jessie Williamson of Bucyrus, Verlene Swearengin of Houston and Leora Hayes of Salem; one brother, Elmer of Urbana, He lived most of his life in Texas and Wright counties where he was a merchant and farmer. Services were held Tuesday afternoon at the New Rock Springs Freewill Baptist Church, with the Rev. Payton Smyer officiating. Burial was in Rock Springs Cemetery
