Grazia Forgione, a younger sister of Padre Pio of Pietrelcina, entered the Brigittine Order, receiving the religious name of Sister Pia of Our Lady of Sorrows. Passing away in Rome, she was laid to rest at San Giovanni Rotondo, being alongside her elder brother Michele, the only two of the Forgione siblings to lie alongside their parents in the city that was home to their Saint Pio from 1916 until his death 1968.
