Funeral services for "Uncle Jack" Kernoodle, about 75 years of age, were held at the Sibley Methodist church Saturday. Burial was in the cemetery there.
"Uncle Jack" as everyone knew him, lived alone in his general store at Noles Landing on Lake Bistineau near the Yellow Pine community and was found dead Wednesday Jan. 12 by a neighbor that happened to pass by. He had made his home at this place for a number of years and had no known living relatives.
