Born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on August 24, 1923, she was the daughter Arthur and Agnes (Fernald) Willette. She grew up in Kittery, Maine and was a graduate of Traip Academy with the Class of 1940.
Connie was employed for twenty-five years as an operator with New England Telephone. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and Corpus Christi Parish.
The widow of William A. Kelley, survivors include her children, Patricia Karas and husband Chris of Dover, Dennis Kelley and wife Melly of Portsmouth, grandchildren, Christopher Karas, Michael Karas, Eric Kelley, brother Arthur Willette and wife Nancy of Sun City, Florida.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her grandson Ryan Kelley and sister Kathleen Staples.
