Loving son of Maria Bueno and the late Luis Mateo. Caring brother of Luisa Maria, Alex Vladimir, Luisa Maylin and Radangie. Beloved uncle to Maurice, Luis, Robert and Gianna.
Luis joined the US Army right after graduating High School from 2001 - 2015. Army recognitions include but not limited to; Commendation medal, National defense medal, Global war on terrorism expeditionary medal, Global war on terrorism service medal, Iraq campaign medal, non commissioned officer professional development ribbon, army service ribbon, overseas service ribbon (2nd award).
Luis was a friendly, fun, loving and caring fellow! He loved music, he loved to dance, sports, politics and comedy! Luis loved to laugh and his laughter was contagious! He is gone, but never forgotten! May your soul rest in paradise! We love you always!
