Through the years, he was employed as a draftsman at Manitowoc Ice, a welder for Boilermakers Local 107 and was owner of Rustic Touch Gift Shoppe for 34 years before retiring in 2013. Sal was known for his "best you ever had" spaghetti dinners as well as his great sense of humor. He enjoyed playing softball and bowling in his younger years and was an avid golfer upon retiring. Sal enjoyed traveling out west, going to the casino, and making trips to Texas to visit his daughter. He loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, great granddaughter and "granddog": Miley.
