Patricia Ann (Williams) King was born March 31, 1942 in Springfield, Ohio to William Jefferson and Charlotte Dean (Peal) Williams. At age 73, she passed on February 24, 2016 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Patricia is a retired Library Aide at Columbus City Schools. She was a member of East Mt. Olivet Baptist Church where she served as former President of the Choir, Deaconess Board, Chairperson of Pastoral Appreciation and Kitchen Ministry. At Jenkins Terrace she was the President of The Community Room Projects.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, William J. Williams and Charlotte D. Shropshire; stepfather, George Shropshire Sr., son, Franklin Roosevelt King Jr.; siblings, Genevieve Dickerson, Keith Shropshire Sr., and George Shropshire Jr.

Left to cherish her memory, daughter, Shirley A. King; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; a host of other family and friends.
