H.H. NANCE OF BUSHNELL DEAD
Bushnell, IL - June 5 - H.H. Nance, one of Bushnell's most highly respected and well to do citizens passed away at his home in this city Saturday morning about 1:30 o'clock, being well in his seventies.
Mr. Nance's health had been failing for some time. He was able to make a visit to California last winter but was compelled to return earlier in the spring than he had planned on account of his physical condition, and since that time he has been rapidly succumbing to a fatal malady.
Mr. Nance was a retired farmer, moving with his family to Bushnell many years ago.
He was one of the most prominent members of the local Methodist Church and will be greatly missed by that body as he was a regular attendant at the different services; was a member of the official board and one of the church's heaviest supporters.
He is survived by five children, May E. Kate and Mrs. L.C. Rink of Bushnell; Charles of California and Will of Scio, OH.
