"Miss Minnie Kaelber Dies Friday Morning -
Falls Victim to Brain Fever After Short Illness.
Miss Minnie Kaelber, the seventeen-year-old-daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Kaelber of No 258 south High street, died at 6 o'clock this morning, of brain fever. She had been ill only a short time, having left her duties as an operator at the MarionCounty Telephone campany's exchange a little over two weeks ago.
While Miss Kaelber's death has been expected for several days, it nevertheless came as a shock to her large circle of friends.
Miss Kaelber was greatly beloved by her fellow telephone operators.
The funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon, at the house, followed by interment in the Marion cemetery."
