Professional Hockey Player. A native of Winnipeg, Manitoba, he played the position of Center for the Natonal Hockey League's Boston Bruins from 1930 to 1934, and the New York Americans from 1933 to 1941. He was a member of the 1937 NHL Second All-Star Team, and played in the 1937 NHL All-Star Game. He retired from playing hockey after the 1943 to 1944 hockey season, and went on to served as head coach of the Buffalo Bisons of the American Hockey League from 1943 to 1945, and the Vancouver Canucks from 1957 to 1958. He became General Manager of the Dunn-Edwards Western Show Corporation and promoted shows in Long Beach, California, for the Long Beach Arena.
