Mrs. Valeska Burrucker, 92
Islander 30 years
Mrs. Valeska E Burrucker of 2 Mercer Pl., Great Kills, a native of Germany died yesterday in Richmond Memorial Hospital. She was 92.
Mrs. Burrucker came to the United States in 1937, settling on Long Island. She had been an Island resident for 30 years.
She is survived by a son, Hans Asmus of Asatabula, Ohio; two daughters, Mrs. Hanna Jaeger of the home address, and Mrs. Katherine Giovannelli of Hollywood, Fla.; six grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Her husband, John, died 32 years ago.
A service will be conducted Monday at 2 pm by the Rev. Henry J Cornish, pastor of Christ Lutheran Church, Great Kills in Oberg-Bedell Funeral Home. Burial will be in Ocean View Cemetery
