Mrs. Minnie Paralee Fisher of Rte. #1, West Plains, who was 78 years of age, died last night at 9:25 at the house of a son, James Fisher, where she had been for the last two weeks.

Funeral arrangements are at present incomplete but services and burial are to be in Texas County. The body will remain in the Robertson Funeral Home until time for services.

Mrs. Fisher was born in Benton County, MO, on December 8, 1875, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Roberts of Texas County. She married William Fisher in Texas County on January 15, 1892 and they resided there until he died 8 1/2 years ago. She joined the Methodist Church as a young woman.

After her husband's death, Mrs. Fisher went to Mountain View to live with a son, Sam Fisher, until she came here. Her death was attributed to a heart attack, though she had been ill for three years, due to a fall which left her a partial invalid.

Surviving are four sons, James of West Plains, Sam and Lee of Mountain View, Everett of Folsom, CA, a daughter, Pearl Cartwright of Oklahoma City, 44 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren and a brother, William Roberts of Frista, MO. The daughter arrived here today.

FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS WILLIAM FISHER

Funeral services for Mrs. William Fisher, who died Monday night at the home of a son, James Fisher, Rte. #1, West Plains, were held this afternoon in the Spring Hill Church in Texas County, with burial in Spring Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Robertson. Captain Cliff of the Salvation Army officiated the services.
