FARMLAND--Inez Monroe, 77, of Farmland, IN, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2008 at St. Vincent Randolph Hospital in Winchester, IN.
She was born Nov. 6, 1930 in Estill Springs, TN the daughter of Richard Wm. and Mildred Ann (McKelvey) Murphy.
She was retired as a waitress.
She leaves to cherish her memory a daughter, Laura Lee McMorris of Riverside, CA; two sons, James Richard McWhirter of Riverside, CA, and Charles Stephen Buckingham (wife: Tammy) of Port Orchard, WA; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Bonnie Bartels of Farmland.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a loving husband, Robert L. Monroe; and a son Daniel J. Buckingham.
A memorial service will be at a later date in Washington State. Burial will be in Yachats Cemetery of Yachats, OR. Thornburg Memorial Chapel of Parker city is handling the arrangements.
