Gloria G. DeGrand, 93, previously of Marinette, WI passed away Monday, Aug. 8, 2016, in St. Paul, Minn. She was born on May 17, 1923, to the late Noah and Martha (Kresky) Piquette.
Gloria graduated from Marinette High School in 1941.
On June 21, 1947, she married Gerald DeGrand. She had worked at the Marinette Glove Company. Gloria was a member of Holy Family Parish, the Altar Society and the Beechwood Golf Club. She enjoyed fishing, camping, golfing and cross country skiing.
Gloria is survived by her husband, of 69 years, Gerald; one son Joseph of St. Paul, MN and one granddaughter Heather DeGrand of St. Paul, MN.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother and five sisters.
Friends may call at Thielen Funeral Home on Friday, Aug. 12 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. at Holy Family Parish Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Taylor Street, with Reverend Bob Groher officiating.
Entombment will be in Forest Home Mausoleum.
