Martin “Marty” R. Pehrson age 79, at his residence, May 15, 2016, after a brief battle with cancer.
Marty was a 1955 Graduate of South High School.
After graduation, Marty was a 3rd generation operator of The Landon Vault Company. A Family Business nearly 100 years old.
Member of The Agonis Club, The Brothers Club, and Charity Newsies. He was an avid golfer who enjoyed spending time in Florida with his wife, Frankie and numerous friends.
Preceded in death by parents; W. Ted, and Clara Pehrson, sister; Carolyn Meyer.
Survivors include his loving wife; Frankie, daughter, Diane (Pat) Mc Ginnis, grandchildren; Amber, Amy, and Autumn, great-grandchildren; Joseph III, Haley, and Brooklyn, sister; Sandra (Bill) Stewart, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
The family will receive friends Wednesday May 18, 2016 2-6 pm at the Maeder-Quint-Tiberi Funeral Home. where Funeral Service will be held Thursday May 19, 2016 at 11 am.
Burial to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
