Joyce Cedarstrom Peart Birch Gray, 88 years old, died on August 12, 2016 at Country Lane Assisted Living in Santaquin, Utah. Joyce was born on October 19, 1927 in Lehi, Utah to Gordon and Alvira Cedarstrom.

Joyce was a graduate of Lehi High School. She also took bookkeeping classes throughout her early years. She was employed as a bookkeeper at various companies in Salt Lake and Ely, Nevada. She owned and operated a Mode-O-Day clothing store in Ely, Nevada.

Joyce was very involved in the American Legion Auxiliary and dedicated much of her time and efforts to that organization throughout her life.

She retired and moved back to the original family homestead on the west side of Utah Lake and lived there for 16 years before making her final home in Payson, Utah.

She loved to be outdoors and enjoyed all types of nature. She was very family oriented and had many family gatherings at her home.

She is survived by her three daughters: Elaine Huntsman, Colleen (Mike) Ohran, Carolyn (Gordon) Everett, eight grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She is also survived by the children of Bud Gray and their many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Joyce was preceeded in death by her parents, her sister Carol Beverly and brother Keith Cedarstrom. Husbands; Merlin Peart, Don Birch, Winford (Bud) Gray, daughter Vicki Joyce Peart, grandson Eric Huntsman.
