Irene was the daughter of Philip Keller and Amelia Richterkessing. About 1924 she married Richard Kesselring and they had two children, Alma and Richard. As a young woman she was employed as a stenographer. Irene died at her home, 1802 Eastern Parkway, at the age of 78.
