Ann Margaret Loughran, known as Peggy, died at her home in New York City, she was 86.
She was the daughter of long time Jersey City Mayor Frank Hague.
In addition to Hague she was predeceased by her mother Jennie Hague and her brother Frank Hague, Jr.
She was married to the late Patrick Loughran of New York and Caracas, Venezuela.
She was an interior designer and graduated from the New York School of Interior Design.
Loughran is survived by her son Frank, daughter-in-law Siobhan, grandson Frank, Jr., granddaughter Elizabeth and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held at the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Home in Manhattan. A mass was offered at St. Vincent Ferrer Church in Manhattan and entombment followed at Holy Name Cemetery and Mausoleum in Jersey City.
