Mr. Martin was a Railroad Engineer with the Union Pacific Railroad. He retired in 2000 after 39 years. He was a faithful Roman Catholic.
Survivors include his wife Rubyann Martin; children James, Steve, Pepper and Ed; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and sister Sally Krout.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Tiny Martin and Babe Martin and one sister Wooley Helm.
The funeral will be held in Ft. Logan National Cemetery on August 31 at 2pm. Visitation will be held at the Aspen Mortuary in Commerce City, Colo.
In lieu of flowers, contribution may be made to the Macular Disease Patient Access Network Foundation, PO Box 221858 Charlotte, NC.
