Dorothy Mildred Stevens of Noble, OK passed away on September 25, 2016 at the age of 84 due to complications from a stroke. Dorothy was born on September 18, 1932 to Jess Cleveland and Ola Beatrice (Grizzle) Teel in Cleveland County.

She attended school in Noble. She married Bobbie Lee Stevens the love of her life on September 3, 1949 and they celebrated 49 wonderful years together until his passing in 1999. To their union was born 3 children Debra Smith (husband Harold), Kenneth Stevens (wife Elizabeth) and Bobby Stevens (wife Christine). She had 3 granddaughters, 6 great grandchildren, her sister, running partner and best friend Emma Smith.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents, her husband, and 4 brothers, RJ, Bill, Johnny Teel and Jimmy Upchurch.

Dorothy was a devoted homemaker and enjoyed bowling, sewing and cooking family dinners, but most of all she enjoyed going casino hopping.Dorothy loved life to the fullest and had numerous friends and relatives,

Services will be Thursday, September 29th at 10:30 AM at McMahans Funeral Home in Noble, with Interment following at Independence Cemetery in Norman.
