Marion H. Hoover, 74, of 252-1/2 West Franklin street, Waynesburg, died at 9 a.m. Tuesday, August 11, 1964 in the Greene County Memorial Hospital, Waynesburg.

She was not in the best of health for some time and was seriously ill during the last 10 days.

Mrs. Hoover was born September 23, 1889, at New Freeport, a daughter of the late Philip and Cassandra Crago Hoskinson.

Most of her life was spent in the Waynesburg community where she was a member of the First Baptist Church, Order of the Eastern Star, Emerald Chapter 135, the Polly Wayne Garden Club and the WCTU.

Her husband Frank L. Hoover died in 1959.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Williamson, of Waynesburg, and Virginia, wife of Charles Hodel, of Cheswick; one son, Frank C. Hoover, of New Martinsville; four grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Pauline V. Vradenburg, of Denver, Colo.; Mrs. Grace Spearin, of Detroit, Mich., and Miss Anna Hoskinson, of New Freeport, and one brother, Robert Hoskinson, of Ft. Pierce, Fla.
