Mary Jean Hull
AGE 95 YEARS

Mary J. Hull of Dushore, PA, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at the Highlands Care Center in Laporte after a brief illness.

Mary was born in Evansville, PA a daughter of the late John & Anelia (Nellie) Evanko Chymczuk.

She attended the Reading High School and married Lloyd Allen Hull of Illinois, in 1945. Lloyd predeceased her on January 3, 1996 after 50 years of marriage.

She and Lloyd resided in Ephrata, PA. Mary was very active in her church and helped with Bazaars. She also enjoyed quilting and crocheting. She provided her entire family with many quilts and afghans. She enjoyed bird watching, and was a great walker, walking a mile a day until she was 90. She was also a master baker and her recipes are treasured by her family.

She was a member of Our Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Ephrata.

Two daughters:
Maryann (Terry) Ansell New Windsor, PA
Suzanne (Eugene) Bradley Dushore, PA

Six grandchildren and four great grandchildren

She was predeceased by a son: Richard Lewis Hull; three brothers: John Chymczuk, Harry Chymczuk, and Peter Chymczuk; and two sisters: Anna Michewicz and Helen Billinger.

A Mass of Christian Burial at Our Mother of Perpetual Help, 320 N Church Avenue, Ephrata, PA
Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Ephrata.
