Jeanette D. "Jan" Foley, age 80 of Maplewood, MN passed away peacefully on 4/24/2012. Preceded in death by husband, Vernon "Pops"; her parents, one brother, one sister. Survived by son, Thomas, his wife Jan and their children Kristin and Beth; son, Timothy, his wife Mary and their children Brittany, Kelsey, Brandon & Frank; daughter, Shannon, her husband Mark; brother, Robert (Jo) McGregor. Jan was active in the DFL Party, IBEW, and an avid bowler. She was employed by Unisys and was a member of the IBEW Local 2047. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 2nd at 10 am at The Church of St. Peter, 2600 Margaret St. N St. Paul, MN 55109. Visitation will also be Saturday from 9-10 am at the church. A luncheon reception will follow the church service with family & friends welcome to share a story about Jan at Mancini's Char House, 531 7th St. W St. Paul, MN 55102. Interment will be at a later date. Memorials preferred to the University of Minnesota Anatomy Bequest Program.
