Walter B. Frazier, 78, 21 Allen Lane, passed away at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial hospital.
Born in Hamilton county February 20, 1895, he was the son of Joseph and Flora Glaze Frazier. He was a resident of Homewood, Illinois, until last September when he moved to Greenfield.
Mr. Frazier was a member of Homewood First Presbyterian church, and was retired from Northern Illinois Public Service Company.
Surviving are his wife, Lennie, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Pasco Memorial Mortuary with the Rev. Millard Sivley officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Cemetery west of Fortville.
Friends may call at the mortuary after noon Thursday.
