Mary Louise Sisk, age 91 of Tulsa, OK formerly of Sturgis, KY died Thurs. 11/10/2016 at University Village in Tulsa, OK. She had a sweet, peaceful passing while surrounded by family and caregivers.
Louise taught modeling and self-improvement classes in New Orleans for 12 years. She taught public school in the Union County School system for 33 years. She loved to travel and visited over 16 countries around the world. She moved from Sturgis to the Louisville area over 18 years ago and was active in her church's welcome booth and homebound ministry. Wherever she lived, she enjoyed a large circle of loving friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. William Kyle Sisk, Jr. former pastor at Bethany Baptist Church in Sturgis, KY.
Survivors include:

2 Sons: Bill Sisk of Albuquerque, NM Bob Sisk of Tulsa, OK

Louise's family invites you to join the celebration of her life through visitation at Whitsell Funeral Home in Sturgis, KY on Wednesday, November 16 from 4-8PM. Visitation will also be on Thursday, November 17 from 1PM to 2PM at Bethany Baptist Church. Her funeral service will follow at 2PM at Bethany Baptist Church. Burial will be in Rock Springs Cemetery in Wheatcroft, KY.
