David Wayne Venohr, 24, of Freemont Twp., died unexpectedly in his sleep at his home Wednesday morning, Sept.' 10, 1997. He was born in Port Huron, Dec. 25, 1972, the son of Luke and Mildred Wallington Venohr of. Yale. David was a 1991 graduate of Croswell-Lexington High School. He enjoyed singing and was employed at Lexington Plastics. Surviving in addition to his parents, Luke and Milly is a sister and brother-in-law, Vicki and Bob Hayes of Melvin; and his brother, Jeff S. Venohr of Arizona; his nieces. Heather and Katelynn "Dida" Hayes; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the Kaatz Funeral Home, Yale with burial at Elmwood Cemetery, Yale. The Rev. James Jordan, pastor of Roseburg Bethel Missionary Church will officiate. Visiting hours are 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.
