WARE SHOALS, S.C. — Mrs. Ruby Finley Brissey Johnson, 97. She was the widow of Simuel Daniel Brissey and William A. Johnson. She died Thursday, Nov. 23, 2006, at Martha Franks Baptist Retirement Center.

Mrs. Johnson was born in Toombs County, Georgia to William Stephen and Rhoda McCullough Finley.

She retired from Riegel Textile Corp. and was the oldest member of Mount Gallagher Baptist Church.

Surviving are three sons, two daughters, 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
