Mrs. Dale, the former Miss Jessie Marie Roberts, died July 26 at Fort Payne, AL. She was 46 years old.
Born Dec 28, 1927, at Whitewater, MO, her family then moved to Cape Girardeau, MO, where she attended high school. She was married to Mr. Dale on March 9, 1944.
Mrs. Dale was in the retail jewelry business in Birmingham and was a member of the Baptist Church. She had lived in Birmingham for seven years.
Surviving: her husband; sons, David A. Dale, Mobile, AL and Lee A. Dale and Kim A. Dale, both of Birmingham; daughter, Mrs. Bobbie Vaughan, Birmingham; her parents; brother, Paul E. Roberts, Belleville, IL; sisters, Mrs. Geraldean Kincade, Wood River, IL and Mrs. Monett May, Rockford, IL and four grandchildren.
Service was held Monday afternoon at Elmwood Chapel in Birmingham and burial was in Elmwood Cemetery.
