Carolyn J. Newsome, age 70, of 142 Camby Court, Marion, died on Monday morning, March 27, 2006 at her residence.
She was born in Findlay, Ohio, on July 19, 1935, the daughter of the late Walter and Susan (McMongial) Radabaugh.
On September 3, 1950, Carolyn married her loving husband of over 55 years, Bill Newsome of Marion.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by four sons and daughters-in-laws William (Janet) Newsome, Ronald (Hida) Newsome, Jeff (Julia) Newsome, Tim (Nancy) Newsome; and a daughter-in-law Candy Newsome; and 13 grandchildren all of Marion; one great grandchild; two sisters Shirley Swihart of Galion and Janet (Floyd) Hill of Ashland.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Julia Newsome and her son Jack Newsome.
