She was born April 10, 1916, in Portland to Solomon and Margaret Ashley Cuddeback. She married Hubert Willoughby on Sept. 1, 1940, in Eugene.
Willoughby operated a farm with her husband in Coburg.
She is survived by a sister-in-law, Roya Cuddeback.
Inurnment will be at Rest-Haven Memorial Park in Eugene. Arrangements by Rest-Haven Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Eugene.
