Mrs. Neeley was born September 13, 1929, in Clay County, the daughter of Ople and Ethel Irene Stanley Kelm. She married Donald "Ike" Neeley in 1955 and he preceded her in death.
She was a cook at Holland Truck Stop in Flora.
Survivors include a son Donald Neeley, Jr; a daughter, Mary Jane Kelm; a brother, John Kelm; a sister Betty Allen; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, infant daughter, a brother and one great-grandson.
Funeral services were held at Frank and Bright Funeral Home in Flora with burial in Clay City Cemetery.
