Funeral for Bessie M. Allen, 77, Lawton, will be at 10 am Monday at Whinery-Huddleston Funeral Chapel with Capt. Ricky Way, chaplain, officiating.
Mrs. Allen died Thursday April 19, 2001
Burial will be at Post Cemetery.
She was born July 7, 1923, in Wynne, Arkansas to Maymie and Eugene English. She married Hosea Jesus Allen on June 26, 1971, in Lawton, OK. She was a homemaker and member of Wynne First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Bill E. Bennett and wife, Tammy, Elgin; a daughter, Libby Kirk and her husband, Jeff, Yukon; Five grandchildren: Lisa Stevens and her husband, Kelly; Nikkie Kyle and her husband, Buddy; Brad Bennett and Matt and Zach Patterson; and three great grandchildren: Alisha Kyle, Chase Stevens and Aubrey Stevens.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
