Mrs. Anna Rebecca Kahle, 74, of 600 Cobham Park Rd., was pronounced dead on arrival at Warren General Hospital at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday following a heart attack at her home.
She was born Aug. 8 1896 at Kinzua, a daughter of the late Sebastian and Harriet Newton Eberhart, and was a lifelong Warren County resident. She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry P. Kahle on May 14, 1966; a son, Glenn E. Kahle on May 13, 1966 and a daughter, Mrs. Helen Mayhe, on Nov. 11,1968.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Ernest (Grace) Oviatt of Irvine and Mrs. Carl (Mildred) Glotz of Russell, and one sister, Mrs. Ora Carnahan of Scandia; nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday with the Rev. R.G. Lilley of Epworth United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Warren County Memorial Park.
