Florence Ann Smith, 86, died July 29, 2006. She was a devout Catholic and the last member of one of the founding families of St. Joseph Slovak Catholic Church, where she was still a member. Florence enjoyed Gin Rummy, and politics; she was a staunch Democrat and an avid follower of the news.

Florence Sabol married Lloyd Smith in the presence of Edward and Helen Gallagher on Saturday, September 27, 1941 at 7:15 PM in Tacoma, Washington. Their marriage lasted until Lloyd's death in 1977.

Florence and Lloyd's daughter Judy Ann passed away on June 2nd 2019.
