World War II Figure. He was an early member of the NSDAP. He met Hitler for the first time in 1925 and was a Reichsjugendführer (Leader of the Hitler youth) from 1931-1940. He was also a leader of the NSDAP in Wien/Austria. In 1946, at the Nuremberg Judgment, he was found guilty and sentenced to 20 years in the Spandau prison.
