HOUSTON, TEX., Aug. 20.-Col. Nathan Fuller died here to-day. Col. Fuller was born in Beaufort, N.C., in 1803 and came to Texas in 1833. He was mayor of Houston in 1853 to 1856, and in 1879 was elected recorder. He leaves several children and grandchildren-among the latter being Dr. S.O. Young, managing editor of the Galveston News.
