Thomas J. Donnelly was the son of Thomas James Donnelly and Clare Cecilia Meiners Donnelly, and twin of Mary Clare Donnelly Minges, born on August 8, 1930 in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio. He only lived ten hours and was buried in Saint Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Cincinnati on August 11, 1930. His twin sister lived to age 83 and died October 17, 2013. He was one of five children. Little Thomas was buried near his great-grandparents, Barney and Catherin Estermann (his mother's maternal grandparents), in Saint Joseph Cemetery in Cincinnati. The Estermann graves, shown here in a photo are #1 and #3 in Section 13, Lot 56. Thomas' grave is #8, unmarked until 2013.
The Donnellys are descended from the powerful Irish clan of Ui Neill who claimed the High Kingship of Ireland from the 7th to the 11th century AD. Little Thomas also had German ancestry. I hope one of his relatives will add his photo to this site.
