Son of Henderson Blye Dobbins II & Amanda Melissa Read. he married Isabell Hill 28 Feb 1919 in Oden, Arkansas (were Isabell was from.) They had 4 children 3 sons and 1 daughter. From Arkansas the family journeyed to California. were they settled. Around 1945 Montie was hit by a car. The driever was never found. Montie spent over a year in the hospital. during this time his leg got so infected that it need to be amputated.
