Lloyd Nelson served in the US Army in Korea (1950-1952). A graduate of the famed Pasadena Playhouse; he was an actor, dialog director, and script supervisor for the Motion Picture Industry. He retired in 1992 and became a technical reserve officer for the Los Angeles Police Dept (Northeast Division). Loved, admired, and treasured by many, his greatest joy was his family. He lost his wife of 55 years only 15 months prior to his own death. He is survived by two children, and two grandchildren who both share his birthday!
