Perry Em Franklin of Crenshaw, 8-year-old son of Perry and Lisa Franklin, a student, died Wednesday, June 23, 1999, at Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center in Memphis after being struck by a car while riding a bicycle.
Services were at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 26, at Crenshaw Church of God, where he attended, with burial in Longtown Cemetery. C.O. Pate Funeral Home of Senatobia had charge.
He leaves his parents; a sister, Loura "Jane" Franklin of Crenshaw; and his grandparents, Rev. Em and Rivers Franklin of Cascilla Lester and Ellen Willard and Selma and Carol Stevens, all of Crenshaw.
