Opera Singer, Producer. Real name Abraham Braham. England's most famous operatic tenor of his time, he popularized the song "The Death of Nelson". He married into the aristocracy and accumulated a vast fortune, which he then lost in theatrical speculation. Braham was instrumental in building The Colisuem in Regents Park (1831) and the St James's Theatre in 1835.
