Rev. Clinton Harvey Jones was the son of James Harvey and Mary Etta (Fagley) Jones. He was the husband of Emily Jane (McClain) Jones. They were married September 23, 1869. Emily died November 11, 1907. Rev. Jones was a minister in the Erie Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. He served Rolfe Methodist Episcopal Church, Ridgway Township, Elk Co., Pennsylvania, 1893-1896. Rev. Jones also served Johnsonburg Methodist Episcopal Church, Johnsonburg, Elk Co., Pennsylvania, 1893-1896. He served during the Civil War. Rev. Jones died in St. Vincents Hospital of senile dementia/uremia. His death certificate was signed by Dr. G. A. Reed.
