Amber Nicole Caldwell, 11, passed away Monday, Oct. 15, 2007, as a result of an automobile accident in Tazewell, Tenn.
Born Aug. 1, 1996, in Pineville, Ky., she was the daughtter of Jake Dewayne Caldwell and Crystal Gail Saylor Caldwell. She was a member of the Binghamtown Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Tommy Saylor, and great-grandmother, Sara North.
