The remains of Mrs. Ellen Hupp, who died at Huron, South Dakota, on Thursday July 11th, were brought to this city, arriving here Saturday noon on No. 12 and taken to the Welin undertaking parlors. The funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock from the M.E. church at Mineral Ridge and the remains laid to rest in the cemetery there. The deceased was the wife of Andrew Hupp and daughter of G.B. Mayfield of Dodge township. She was born and raised in this county and after her marriage moved to Huron, South Dakota.
