Also known burials in this plot are: Moses Lasswell (d. 1882), his wife Mary Lasswell (d. 1881), George E. Lasswell (d. 1874), James Lasswell (d. 1875), Mary A. Lasswell (d. 1880) and Richard Lasswell (d. 1870). Mary E. Kistler (d. 1885) and her daughter Bessie are the only graves marked with a tombstone.

Poor old Moses Laswell, who has been for years a well known character in the city, has gone to join the majority. He died at an early hour yesterday morning, at St. John's Hospital. He was born in the state of Kentucky in 1809, and came to this county with his father in 1824, where he ever after resided. He was at one time in comfortable circumstances, but for many years past has been extremely poor in purse and feeble in body. His wife died years ago, but we believe he leaves one or two daughters. Now that life's fitful fever is over, with all its trials and sorrows, may the veteran "sleep well."
