Phil Gillham, 86, of Richardson, Texas passed away on December 26, 2007. He was born on October 28, 1921, in Hot Springs, Ark.
Phil retired as an Import Specialist with U.S. Customs and Immigration.
Phil spent his retired years collecting insulators and building his miniature trains and railroads.
Visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. prior to the service at 2 p.m. Friday, December 28, 2008, at Sparkman Funeral Home. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Park in Houston.
