They were the parents of 3 children: Tillie Mae, Earl Oscar and Laura Alice (who died young). Laura passed away November 5, 1899, at the age of 23, in Flora, Clay County,and was buried in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Clay, Clay County, Illinois.
