He was born Aug. 29, 1924, in Chelan, the son of Elmer and Eathel (Vail) Pershall. He graduated from Chelan High School in 1942. Following his graduation, he served in the US Navy during World War II. He returned to Chelan where he was seasonally employed with Blair Pontiac for several years. HE was later employed as a carpenter until his retirement in 1986. Mr. Pershall was a member of the Carpenters Union Local No. 2205.
Survivors include a daughter, Bridget Pershall, Chelan; twin sons, Andrew, Balitmore, Md., and Elmer, Milwaukee, Wis,; and a sister, Lois Jones, Henderson, Ky. He was preceded in death by his parents.
